Bookings cancelled 14 days (or less) prior to arrival will incur a charge of the first night's stay. Charges will be debited against the credit card supplied at the time of reservation. We suggest you are covered by travel insurance. Bookings will only be accepted if they have a valid Visa or MasterCard number, cardholders name and expiry date at the time of reservation. Accommodation check-in time is from 3:30pm and check-out time is 10:00am or by arrangement. We appreciate an estimated time of arrival in order to offer our best service.
A BYO 3 course dinner is by arrangement at time of booking - cost $45 per person. Light lunch can also be provided on request - cost $15 per person. Continental breakfast is included in all accommodation with tea and coffee available at all times.
Please note: Our lodge is BYO and we don't allow off-site catering.
We would love to host you on your wedding day and/or the night before the wedding. We can accommodate groups of up to 12 people. We can organise dinner for you and can finalise a menu closer to the time. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

The Night Before Wedding Package includes exclusive use of the lodge, full use of the grounds for photography and a champagne breakfast. Check-in 4pm, Check-out 11am.
